Do you accept ODM / OEM orders?
Yes, we accept ODM and OEM according to customers’ request. We will customize your logo and the package of your brands.
What payment terms do you accept?
We accept Western Union, Paypal, Alibaba order assurance, TT, and L/C.
What is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for the product?
Our normal product MOQ is 100pcs, and we can accept trial orders for you to do the marketing. For OEM Brands, our MOQ is 1000pcs.
What is the warranty and after-sale policy?
We offer a one-year warranty, and we will offer free spare parts to you. If there is any manufacturing quality issue, we will send replacement items along with your next order.
