Yes, we could offer the sample for free, but not including the shipping cost. If it is a sample order, you can place an order directly, and we will take the initiative to confirm the quantity and style.
Q How to customize a sample?
If you are ordering a unique sample that we don't have in stock, you need to provide all the details. It will be better if you can send a sample for our evaluation. Customized samples may need new molding, which will cost a molding fee. We will check your sampling requirements and then issue a sampling P/I. Sampling may take 3-5 days, depending on detailed samples.
Q How to place an order?
You can place an order directly, but the freight may need to be adjusted. After placing an order, we will confirm the size, thickness, thermal conductivity, and packaging, and then confirm the accurate price. After modifying the order, you can complete the payment directly.
