Q1: Can we offer sample order?
Sure, we will charge the sample fee and return it when you place the official order.
Q2: What is the MOQ of your products?
The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model one size.
Q3: I'd like to know your Payment term.
Basically, the payment term is: T/T 30% as the deposit, and T/T 70% balance paid before loading. Or any other payment term could also be negotiable.
Q4: What's the lead time of the official order?
30~45 days after the receipt of deposit and confirmation on all designs based on normal conditions.
Q5: We'd like to print our logo on the appliances. Can you make it?
We provide OEM service which including logo printing, gift box design, and carton design.
Q6: Shall we pay Extra cost for OEM service?
The OEM service is free of charge for logo printing at the MOQ of 1000pcs. But it may have an extra cost for your other customized requirements.
