Q2: Do you accept customized package and logo?
A: Yes. Custom colors and labels require order quantities up to a thousand products.
Q3: Where is the shipping port?
A: Our shipping ports are usually Yiwu, Ningbo, or Shanghai Port.
Q4: Can you accept small orders?
A: Yes. We understand that it is not easy to order large quantities for a new item. Therefore, in the beginning, we can accept small quantities to help you open your market step by step.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept 30% T/T in advance, with the balance to be paid during the shipment period. We also accept cash and L/C.
Q6: Can you ship cargoes to our address or Amazon warehouse?
A: Yes, we have professional shipping agents offering competitive prices, making it easy to send cargoes directly to your address.
